The 4500 Lot was an abandoned gas station that the community reclaimed as a community gathering space. Since then, the Lot has hosted yearly Farmers Markets, community art projects and murals, dance parties, yard sales, arts/crafts mart, and holiday events. All proceeds from events & fundraisers will go towards the renovation of the Lot.

Although this event is open to all ages, be mindful of COVID-19 safety measures and that this is an open lot under construction. Children cannot be left unattended.

Pets must be leashed or in carriers.

Market is held rain or shine (except during electrical storms).

Since this is an outdoor event, please dress appropriately and bring your own camp chairs, picnic blankets, umbrella, etc.

Your donations will help support Hamilton-Lauraville Main Streets's events such as this and community revitalization projects such as renovating this lot into a year-round community space.
