target Blocks

Target Blocks are the strongest blocks in the neighborhood. Target block properties are eligible for all HNI loan products: purchase, purchase-renovate, refinance-renovate, and home improvement loan.

Target Blocks are also eligible to do a block project. Healthy Neighborhoods could provide up to $5,000 for you and your neighbors to complete a block improvement project that will enhance your block’s appearance.
