target Blocks
Target Blocks are the strongest blocks in the neighborhood. Target block properties are eligible for all HNI loan products: purchase, purchase-renovate, refinance-renovate, and home improvement loan.
Target Blocks are encouraged to do a block project to enhance the block’s appearance. Healthy Neighborhoods could provide coordination and resources to support a block improvement project.
