The Lauraville section of Main Street stretches from Parkside Drive to Echodale Avenue.
The southern section is the heart of the Historic Lauraville Commercial District. This section is part of the Baltimore National Heritage Area. In addition, the Lauraville, Beverly Hills, and Arcadia neighborhoods are part of the National Registry of Historic Communities.

SoHa Row is a newly redeveloped commercial hub located in the 4700 blocks of Harford Road, still part of the Lauraville Commerical District. The west side of Harford Road is part of the Lauraville community, and east side sits in Moravia-Walther and Waltherson neighborhoods.
