The 4500 Lot was an abandoned gas station that the community reclaimed as a community gathering space. Since then, the Lot has hosted yearly summer Farmers Markets, community art projects and murals, dance parties, yard sales, arts/crafts mart, and holiday events. All proceeds from events & fundraisers will go towards the renovation of the Lot.
